On Saturday, March 21, 2009, West Houston Theosophical Study Center members and friends had a Farewell Gathering Lunch to celebrate member Thea's move to Santa Barbara, CA. Everyone will miss her physical presence but will be with her in spirit as she continues on her spiritual journey.

The West Houston Theosophical Study Center members and friends attended the 74th Texas Federation of the Theosophical Society in America's Annual Convention in Dallas, TX, April 24 -26, 2009. Everyone had an inspiring weekend reconnecting with theosophical friends, meeting newcomers, and expanding consciousness through listening to many ideas, having various discussions and other activities. The meeting was hosted by the theosophical group in Dallas, Tx and included a presentation by Theosophist Tim Boyd, who spoke on 'The 4 Minds.'
